Arison Investments Ltd. and The Ted Arison Family Foundation (Israel), a public benefit Company Ltd. (collectively, the “Company” or “we”) respect the privacy of users of our website at https://arisongroup.com (the “Website”, the “User(s)”, or “You”, respectively) and are committed to protecting the Personal Information collected in this context. This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy” or the “Policy”) describes our policy regarding the collection and use of information we collect and process in connection with the use of the Website.

The Website serves solely as a gateway page that presents the Group structure and directs Users to the websites of companies, nonprofit organizations, and other entities in the Arison Group.

In addition, this Privacy Policy applies to Personal Information collected and processed by the Company not only in connection with use of the Website, but also in connection with contacts, inquiries, engagements, and correspondence with the Company through any means of communication, including telephone, e-mail, messages, and any other communication channel, all as set forth in this Policy, unless the context requires otherwise. Where an inquiry is made other than through the Website, the Company may refer the inquirer to this Privacy Policy, for example, by providing a link or sending a notice, and the inquirer’s continuation of the inquiry or provision of information after such referral shall constitute an acknowledgment that the inquirer has been informed that the information will be processed in accordance with this Policy.

What information might we collect about you?

Non-personal information

We use non-personal information for the purposes below:

Artificial intelligence

We and/or our service providers may use tools and systems based on artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning, including the processing and analysis of Personal Information, for the purposes set forth in this Policy, in accordance with applicable law and subject to this Privacy Policy. Such use includes:

• Use of AI-based tools for quality control.
• Information security and fraud detection: Using AI-based tools to detect suspicious or anomalous activity, real-time monitoring of cyber threats, analyzing unusual access patterns, and verifying User identity, in order to prevent unauthorized access, fraud, or misuse of the Website.

Your rights to review, correct, and delete your personal information

The Company acknowledges and hereby informs You that, under the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 (the “Privacy Protection Law”), You have the right to review Personal Information about You held by the Company and, if You find it incorrect, incomplete, unclear or outdated, You have the right to request that we correct or delete it. Exercise of these rights is subject to applicable law and, where appropriate, to our ability to identify You and locate the relevant information by reasonable means.

Should you wish to exercise these rights, you may contact us using the contact details specified above, including by sending an e-mail describing your request to info@arison.co.il, and we will act in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law. If, within the period prescribed by law, you do not receive notice permitting review as requested, or do not receive a response to a request to delete or correct information, you may apply to the court in the manner prescribed by the Privacy Protection Regulations (Conditions for Reviewing Data and Procedure for Appealing a Denial of a Review Request), 5741-1981.

For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that deleting information may prevent you from continuing to receive certain services from the Company, or impair the service provided to you.

Please note: For any request to review, amend, and/or delete information, we ask that you include the following details with your request: name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, and the specific information you wish to review, correct, or delete. The Company reserves the right to employ additional identification measures to verify the applicant’s identity, including requiring the provision of additional documents, in order to protect your privacy and prevent the disclosure of information to an unauthorized party. If you wish to submit the request via a representative or any other person acting on your behalf, you must also attach an explicit power of attorney for this matter, together with a copy of the I.D. card of both the data subject and the authorized representative.

Sharing information with others

In general, the Company does not share your Personal Information with third parties. However, we may do so in the following cases:

Information security

• We invest significant efforts in implementing and maintaining the security of your personal information (both independently and through services provided by third parties).
